Luming Future Community is located within the high-speed rail new city in the west of the central city of Quzhou. Luming Community is about 6 km away from the main urban area and about 4.5 km away from the core area of the smart new city (the municipal government), and it can be easily connected to the smart new city and the old city through the Qianjiang Avenue and Qinjiang West Avenue; it is adjacent to the Happy Sports Town on the east, the Central Ecological Valley on the west, the Kecheng resettlement area to the north and the education town to the south. A rail transit Line 3 (light rail) station is reserved on the northeast side of the Base, which can quickly connect to the Quzhou West High-Speed Railway Station and major urban areas.
The implementation unit area is 21.3 hectares (319.5 mu), and the main construction content includes residential building, commercial building, office, kindergarten and other supporting facilities. The total investment of the Project is approximately CNY 4.907 billion yuan, and the project construction is planned to be completed in June 2024.
Luming Future Community is the first planned new future community in Quzhou Smart New City. It is committed to creating a new urban functional unit with a sense of belonging, comfort and future. Luming Future Community has introduced the UN SUC Guidelines for Sustainable Communities, and the design is based on the future community's "three value coordinates and nine scenarios" concept and the spatial structure of "one core, two axes, and multiple areas", integrating maker office, residence, and leisure business service facilities, with public service facilities such as kindergarten, happiness school, neighborhood center, medical care center, and Southern Confucianism Bookstore.

Nine scenarios: Focus on the design of the four main scenarios of future neighborhood, education, entrepreneurship and governance, and coordinate the five scenarios of future health, architecture, transportation, low carbon and service to form the nine scenarios of future community.
Urban service basic network: Based on the open and shared blocks with pleasant scales, a "unit + platform" model is created to form a network base that is equipped with 5-minute and 10-minute living circles.
The design includes a multi-level park system such as urban park, community cultural park, water street leisure corridor, shared sports venue and pocket park to form a garden-style living environment.
Characteristic architectural features
The overall architectural style with pleasant scales is integrated with the cultural elements of "Quzhou's courtesy", and a centralized display area of regional characteristics and urban texture is created in key areas of the Community such as water street and neighborhood center.
